    今天使用codex调用外部工具时总是报错： Automatic approval review failed: unexpected status 503 Service Unavailable: No available channel for model codex-auto-review under group Codex 找了半天原因结果是codex桌面版默认把自动审查按钮打开了，关闭就好了。
