   claudecode 使用 gpt 模型

   请问有没有什么办法，可以把 claudecode 的模型切换到 gpt？ 就是不需要像中转站那样输入 apikey，直接登录我的 openai 账号，然后后台就是在调用 gpt 模型了？？
